To facilitate filing/segregation of product applications, and subsequent ease of retrieval when decking, all pharmaceutical companies are requested to write the document tracking number/s of their respective application/s on ear tags, which will be provided by this Office through PAIR.

On another note, companies are also requested to provide their contact information when submitting letters to this Office through PAIR. Said contact information will be included in the document tracking information so that the company will be able to check the status of their communication (letters) at without having to follow-up by vising and calling this Office.

Providing the said contact information will help minimize the number of visits we receive weekly, just to answer follow-ups on status of letters. This will also save time and resources for the company when visiting FDA.
