This is to inform all concerned stakeholders that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) shall start accepting and processing applications for User Account and FDA Certification (Product Batch Declaration Certificate) for vapor products and heated tobacco products on 01 July 2021, fifteen (15) days after the publication of the FDA Circular No. 2021-010, titled “Issuance of FDA Certifications for Vapor Products and Heated Tobacco Products”, on a newspaper of general circulation. The said FDA Circular has been published on The Manila Times newspaper on 15 June 2021.
A User Account credential is needed to access the FDA ePortal System (eportal2.fda.gov.ph). Establishments intending to apply for an FDA Certification may start applying for a User Account credential through the link: bit.ly/ePortal2.
