In the interest of service, the Center for Cosmetics and Household/Urban Hazardous Substances Regulation and Research (CCHUHSRR) informs all concerned stakeholders that the system maintenance and modifications to the current processing of applications for FDA Certification (Product Batch Declaration) in the Electronic Portal System V.2 for Vapor Products and Heated Tobacco Products are completed.
Following this completion, the CCHUHSRR shall be accepting and processing applications for FDA Certification. Thus, all concerned stakeholders may now proceed with the submission of their applications.
