In the interest of service, the Center for Cosmetics and Household/Urban Hazardous Substances Regulation and Research (CCHUHSRR) shall be conducting the 3rd virtual dialogue on the implementation of FDA Circular No. 2020-025 on 22 November 2021, 8:30AM to 12:00NN, via Webex by Cisco to discuss the following:
- 2-year transitory period extension and the proposed implementation of the mandatory full compliance to the labeling requirements;
- Inclusion of a Notice of Deficiencies (NOD) step in the registration process;
- Launch of the License to Operate (LTO) variation in FDA e-Portal 2; and
- Application Holiday
