In the interest of service, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) hereby informs all its concerned Household/Urban Hazardous Substances (HUHS) stakeholders that the system platform for applications to amend FDA-issued License to Operate (LTO) as HUHS establishment will be available beginning 03 March 2022 at eportal2.fda.gov.ph. Hence, all FDA-licensed HUHS establishments with change/s in circumstances or those intending to undergo change/s in circumstances as listed in Annex C of Administrative Order No. 2020-0017 may now submit their LTO variation applications.
An Information, Education and Communication (IEC) Material is under development to guide the HUHS establishments in navigating the system platform and assist them in their LTO variation applications. Once completed, the IEC materials will be posted in the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) website.
