The FDA Academy reminds everyone on the payment procedure provided in the FDA Circular 2021-007 entitled Guidelines on the Attendance/Enrollment to FDA Academy Training/Seminar Programs offered through Online Video Conferencing Platform that shall be strictly followed.
All successful pre-registrations for the FDA Academy training and seminar with corresponding fee shall wait for the Course Assessment Slip (CAS) which shall be sent by the FDA Academy to the applicant’s registered email address prior to payment. Only the registered participants who received the CAS shall proceed to payment following the instructions provided by the FDA Academy. Payments made prior to the issuance of CAS shall automatically be forfeited in favor of the government.
Further, payment shall be made through CASH DEPOSIT or MANAGER’S CHECK to the FDA Academy’s bank accounts with the following details:

Relative thereto, other modes of online payments shall not be acceptable. Payments made other than the above mentioned FDA Bank accounts shall be deemed non-refundable. The FDA shall not be held liable for any payment made not in accordance to the above payment channels.
