Relative to the training/seminar programs offered by the FDA Academy, we would like to remind our stakeholders to follow the enrollment and payment procedure provided in the FDA Circular No. 2021-007, entitled Guidelines on the Attendance/Enrollment to FDA Academy Training/Seminar Programs Offered through Online Video Conferencing Platform.
Stakeholders who are interested to enroll in any of the FDA Academy training/seminar programs offered with registration fee shall register through the link provided for each training/seminar program and await for the email confirmation and Course Assessment Slip (CAS) from the FDA Academy. Participants who received CAS shall proceed to payment. Payments made without the required registration and corresponding CAS shall automatically be forfeited, and request for refund of payment shall not be allowed or be used for other training/seminar programs of the FDA Academy.
Further, payment shall be made solely through the FDA Academy’s bank account with the following details:

Account Name : FDA SPECIAL FUND
Account Number : 0430-013669-030
The FDA shall not be held liable for any payment made not in accordance with the said Circular.
