All requests for payment posting and related inquiries should be addressed/emailed to [email protected] with email subject “UNPOSTED PAYMENT”. The email should contain the Company Name with the attached scanned copy of proof(s) of payment and scanned Order(s) of Payment or Assessment Slip(s).
Further, if an application payment is not yet posted within two (2) working days, email requests should also be sent to the above-mentioned email address with the same subject and details.
