The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) hereby advises the public that the list of unnotified cosmetic products listed in FDA Advisory No. 2018-260 “Public Health Warning Against the Use of Unnotified Cosmetic Products (Batch 13)” dated 29 August 2018 is amended to remove the product, SEBAMED® ANTI-DANDRUFF SHAMPOO.
The Market Authorization Holder (MAH), D’Mark Multisales Corporation, has already complied with existing FDA rules, regulations and standards and has been issued the appropriate market authorization (refer to the image for the products particulars/details):
