FDA Advisory No.2020-020-A || Amendment to FDA Circular No. 2020-020, entitled, “Interim Guidelines Governing the Issuance of a Permit to Register to Drug Importers for Foreign Drug Manufacturers”

In the interest of service and due to the continuing Public Health Emergency of International Concern, the effectivity of FDA Circular No. 2020-020, entitled “Interim Guidelines Governing the Issuance of a Permit to Register to Drug Importers for Foreign Drug Manufacturers” is hereby amended and extended until international travels return to normal unless sooner revoked.
