In line with Rule VII Section 2 (b) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 11032, Otherwise Known as the “Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, that “All government office and agency shall not process deficient or incomplete applications or requests, and shall only process an application or request if it is complete.”

With this, all insufficient payment received by the FDA will no longer be posted and will not proceed to the next step of the process. An email notification will automatically be sent to the email address indicated during the submission of the application including the amount to be paid.

You may send an email to [email protected] with subject “REQUEST FOR INSUFFICIENT PAYMENT POSTING (INITIALLY INSUFFICIENT)” once the payment has been settled.
