Pharmacovigilance (PV) Annual Report provides an overview of the PV accomplishments, improvements, and direction.

The report includes an overview of the Philippine Pharmacovigilance System, a summary of the processed Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) reports including Adverse Event Following Immunization (AEFI), and our activities to promote ADR reporting.

Reports will be uploaded on a yearly basis.
