The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is working to digitalize, simplify, and streamline its services through the establishment of online application platforms that are accessible for FDA stakeholders. Following this initiative, the FDA introduced the eServices Portal System in the first quarter of 2020 for License to Operate (LTO) applications of drugstores in National Capital Region, and then expanded to other establishments of FDA-regulated health products nationwide.

For the information of the regulated stakeholders and prospective applicants, the FDA hereby launches the FDA eServices Portal System Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). The FDA FAQs shall serve as the organized collection of commonly-asked questions, general issues, concerns, and other useful information on the FDA eServices Portal System. You may access the FAQs at https://www.fda.gov.ph and https://www.eservices.fda.gov.ph.

For inquiries and/or other concerns, you may reach the FDA-Food and Drug Action Center (FDA-FDAC) at (8) 857-1900 local 1000 / (8) 842-5635 / 0961-0574926 / 0961-7709691 / 0961-6845994 or through [email protected].
