In the interest of service, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is launching the e-portal system for the application of Product Batch Declaration (PBD) Certificate for establishments engaged in the manufacture, distribution, importation, exportation, wholesale, and/or retail sale of vapor products and heated tobacco products (HTPs).
All concerned stakeholders can now access the e-Portal System through the link https://eportal2.fda.gov.ph/, and initiate the application process for the appropriate certifications. The initial implementation is in accordance with Republic Act (R.A.) No. 11467, R.A. No. 11346 and its implementing rules and regulations, and Administrative Order No. 2020-0055.
