The FDA hereby announces that the License to Operate (LTO) for Pest Control Operator (PCO) Establishments through the eServices Portal System will begin receiving initial applications on 1 February 2023.
The FDA invites PCO stakeholders who wish to submit their LTO applications, pursuant to FDA Circular No. 2022-010, to access the FDA eServices Portal System through https://eservices.fda.gov.ph. Please be reminded that the first six (6) months of the transitory period of the issuance will serve as the pilot implementation for the National Capital Region (NCR). Furthermore, during the 2-years transitory period, securing an LTO is voluntary.
