The Food and Drug Administration hereby announces that the application for license to operate for health-related devices through the eServices Portal System will resume on 26 July 2021.
For establishments handling equipment or devices used for treating sharps, pathological and infectious waste and water treatment devices/systems relative to the implementation of FDA Circular No. 2021-014 are advise to use the eServices Portal System starting 26 July 2021 through this link;
