The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), through Center for Cosmetics and Household Urban/ Hazardous Substances Regulation and Research (CCHUHSR), aims to gather information to assist in the design of the system for the proposed FDA Circular, provisionally entitled “Implementing Guidelines of Department of Health (DOH) Administrative Order (AO) No. 2019-0010 on the Issuance of License to Operate as Household/Urban Pest Control Operators, and for Other Purposes”. The responses that will be collected in this survey will solely be used for the review and implementation of the said issuance. The deadline of the survey is 7 November 2022.
