The Center for Cosmetics and Household/Urban Hazardous Substances Regulation and Research (CCHUHSRR) is soliciting comments on the proposed FDA Circular, provisionally entitled, “Guidelines on the Filing and Submission of Applications for the Licensing of Cosmetic Establishments through the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) eServices Portal System”.
The proposed issuance aims to provide the procedural guidelines for the filing and submission of applications for the licensing of cosmetic establishments through the FDA e-Services Portal System, consistent with the provisions of Republic Act No. 11032 and the existing requirements under DOH AO No. 2020-0017 and FDA Circular No. 2013-002.
In view of the foregoing, all concerned stakeholders, including cosmetic Manufacturers, Distributors, Traders and other related establishments are requested to submit their comments on the proposed issuance. Comments are specifically sought in order to improve the clarity and comprehensibility of the text and structure of the procedures detailed in the proposed guidelines.
