This has reference to FDA Advisory No. 2020-624 dated April 16, 2020 on additional payment channel in line with the implementation of Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ).
Please be advised that since National Capital Region (NCR) is now under General Community Quarantine (GCQ), online payment thru transfer of funds to FDA’s Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) account will no longer be accommodated since validation of the transaction entails more time due to lack of reference number. In addition, there is no submitted report from LBP since this is accounted for by LBP as deposit to FDA’s checking account, not as payment.
