The Food and Drug Administration is committed to following the guidelines outlined in Presidential Proclamation No. 297 s. 2023, which pertains to the lifting of the state of public health emergency throughout the Philippines in relation to COVID-19. The agency aims to implement strategies to improve the effectiveness, speed, transparency, and convenience of its services to the public.
In connection with this matter, all Sales Promo Permits that have been authorized are promptly made available for collection once they have been scanned and their status is updated in the document tracking record maintained by the Records Section.
Stakeholders are required to bring a hard copy of the document tracking log indicating the readiness of the Sales Promo Permit for release.
