To further streamline and improve the delivery of service, the FDA, through the Common Services Laboratory (CSL), has updated the process flow (Annex A) and application form (Annex B) for the issuance of Food Export Certificate and/or Food Commodity Clearance (FEC/FCC).
Thus, all concerned Clients and Stakeholders are enjoined to observe compliance with the updated process for the application of FEC/FCC and use the latest application form, which can be accessed through the FDA website at www.fda.gov.ph/downloadables. Effective November 20, 2023, all applications for FEC/FCC submitted using the previous form will be promptly DENIED.
