The Food and Drug Administration hereby notify the general public and all drug manufacturers, packers, and repackers from the following regions that the pilot implementation for License to Operate application to the eServices Portal System through the issuance of FDA Advisory No. 2023-0773 dated 03 May 2023 is now officially closed:
National Capital Region
Region III (Central Luzon)
Region IV-A (CALABARZON)
Region VII (Central Visayas)
Region XI (Davao Region)
All received LTO applications for drug manufacturers, packers and repackers in the eServices portal System prior this advisory shall be processed accordingly, while incoming applications shall be accepted through the ePortal System following the system’s current procedures using this link:
