To ensure continuous improvement of its services, the CSL will conduct its inventory of pending requests for analysis and regular equipment system maintenance starting 27 December 2023 until 12 January 2024. As such, submissions for the following CSL services shall be temporarily unavailable during this period:
- Requests for Analysis from External Stakeholders (both pre-assessment and submission of actual samples)
- Application for Batch Notification (except post-submission of representative sample)
- Application for Lot Release Certificate
- Accreditation of Private Testing Laboratory
- Performance Testing of Radiological Devices, Quality Audit of Medical LINAC, and Calibration of Dosimeters
All other CSL services not mentioned above remain unaffected by the submission holiday and shall be processed accordingly.
Regular schedule of all submissions shall resume on 15 January 2024.
