Following the declaration of the World Health Organization (WHO), stating that COVID-19 no longer constitutes a public health emergency of international concern, and the lifting of the State of Public Health Emergency throughout the Philippines per Proclamation No. 297, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is resuming the conduct of foreign inspection of drug manufacturers.
Notice for Foreign GMP Inspections reflecting the scheduled date of inspection shall be issued to the companies starting this March 2024. Schedule of the actual onsite inspection shall commence in April 2024.
