To ensure efficient processing of antibiotic batch notification and secure the integrity of representative sample and required document/s during post-submission, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) through the Common Services Laboratory (CSL) shall commit the following schedule for the receipt and evaluation of post-submission requirements at the FDA Main Building, Alabang, Muntinlupa City:

All post-submission requirements forwarded beyond the set schedule shall not be entertained. Only those post-submission requirements forwarded via courier, dispatch riders, or other forwarding services with no definite arrival time shall be accepted by the on-duty guard, which shall be subjected to further evaluation and shall not guarantee acceptance by the CSL.
Further, all post-submission requirements must be forwarded to CSL on the nearest Wednesday preceding the due date, allowing for processing of twenty (20) working days.
